Unknown Snow Performance Part

Found this part bolted to the top of the intake manifold. It was not hooked up to anything. I can see the Snow Performance emblem on it and a faded part number but can't quite make it out. The car has a kit installed but I have never known it to work. I am hoping someone can ID it. Any ideas? 2007 with a supercharged 4.6

Snow is known for water injection.

Correct. If you bought it used, it might have had a Water injection kit at one time that was not completely removed.
