Sounds a lot like another smart junction box problem . And see as that you have a convertible all the more reason to have a look at it .

Where is the exhaust leak at , before the sensor or after ? If you have a leak in front of the sensor it will throw a code on you , even a small leak .

Have you checked to make sure that the wheel is not lose ? Any work done to the car lately ?,tires rotated , alignment done , ect. ?

I don't know how the TPMS would affect the advance trac system ,as the advance trac gets it's info from the ABS from the axles . I have had aftermarket wheels and tires on mine for over a year ,and had no problems with anything other than the light coming on to tell me I have "low air pressure"...

Just a thought here, but why not turn the H/E over putting the lines on the drivers side, and move the pump to that side also like the TVS style does ? Then all you have to do is add some length to the wires that power the pump ,
