In need of help

I have a 2005 gt mustang with 4.6l v8. First problems started when it started to blow out the window fuse from the passenger side fuse box. Then it stopped doing it but the windows wouldn't work and the radio went silent (it has an aftermarket radio, but it worked fine before and the wires...
