I have a 2005 gt mustang with 4.6l v8.
First problems started when it started to blow out the window fuse from the passenger side fuse box. Then it stopped doing it but the windows wouldn't work and the radio went silent (it has an aftermarket radio, but it worked fine before and the wires behind it were all good). Now neither the windows or the radio work. All fuses are good so what could be the problem. Do i have a broken sjb or something else ( everything else in the car works).

It sounds like either the radio or one of the window switches is shorting out and blowing the fuse. Disconnect the radio, replace the fuse, and see if the fuse blows again. If it doesn't you've found your problem.

Also check the passenger floor boards for wetness. Often found leak due to plugged drains cause SJB issues and wonky issues

What happens with this is there are 2 cowl drains. It is not uncommon for them to get clogged with leaves or debris. The water that is supposed to drain out of the car ends up draining into the cabin air filter box on the passenger side of the cowl area. That water then trails along the passenger side inner body where the Smart Junction box is. The box is multi pieces but theoretically sealed. Water over a period of time can get into the box and cause the SJB to act up.

If that is the situation it is suggested to replace the SJB along with the Cabin Air Filter as it gets saturated with water.

Picture shown is the passenger side. There is a similar drain on the driver side. Generally won't get as clogged though. We actually just remove them here at the dealer. More drainage is better. Especially in Florida where we deal with alot of rain many months of the year.

There was a recall or similar for the passenger SJB having moisture issues. Check there first.
