New here... Can you run 18x10's all the way around?

I have decided on the AM 5 spoke saleen's 18x10 on 275/40/18's. Would like run good on stock height and brake set up?

New here... Can you run 18x10's all the way around?

AM has a sale on the 5 spoke saleen wheels but they are 18x10 and in the discription it says they are rear only. Are you able to run them on the front? Iam not looking for a staggered fit. My mustang is still stock 4x4 hight and stock break set up. Can they be run like that? Thanks!
