I've had a few interesting things pop up since I've loaded the John Lund Tune.

John Lund Tune with Ghost Cam option

Other mods:
Pypes Long Tube headers
Catless X-pipe
JLT Intake

Otherwise bone stock with the exception of the canned tune.

I've been dealing with the engine hanging at 1.5k rpm while coasting to a stop light, or in neutral.
Car will die at stop lights (happens maybe 3-5 times a week)
Check charging alert flashes in the dash (battery indicator flashes red)
Security System failure flashes in the dash
Airbag light is constantly on
Rough acceleration

Previous tune ran fine. None of the above mentioned issues.

I've emailed Lund, but waiting for a reply...

It sounds like the dashpot and isc idle are off for the first two issues. I'd guess that you were sent the wrong tune by mistake. It should be easily fixed.

No it wasn't.

I'm trying to figure out if:
A) these are issues because of the tune
B) issues that just happened to pop up around the same time as the tune
C) see if others on this forum have had any of the above issues.
D) I've been sent a revision by Lund and still working through it

I fail to see how a potential ecu issue/electrical issue is not technical. I've not seen many threads describing my problem. As an enthusiast why would you not want to see threads that address a problem? Therefor members can attribute solutions and ideas and the community has another resource at its disposal.

Charging light and airbag could be a sign of the battery going bad.
I had the airbag light on because of a weak battery.
Had to replace the battery.

Check the battery connection and get the battery tested.

I went through 2 tuners until I found one that told me why my car would stall when I stopped the car. When you install LTs the wideband O2 sensors are moved further down the exhaust and the computer is suppose to figure that out eventually. Mine never did and I'm not the only one. Some tuners will adjust the tune for it from the start and some will let the PCM adapt. When I had a JL tune it never got better.

I did not have any of those other issues.

Mine would stall at 900 rpm. Tuner added more air in the mix and now it occurs less often.

You have to work with your tuner to correct any issues. They will know whether its a tune related issue. I use Lund and have had good results with their tunes.

I have Lund Tunes on both my 2011's with no issues.
I don't run longtubes though just off-road x and 150 Nitrous and big stall converter
They will be able to fix your tune issues I am sure.

Thank you Dave!

As for the OP, continue to work with Lund. I'm sure they can get it resolved. Your build is one of millions the same.
Good luck.

I would check you battery...make sure it is good.
I see you have a JLT CAI. Make sure the filter is clean and it is connected properly. There has been an issue with some that they are putting the filter on to far. I put mine on just enough for the clamp.

Have you tried reloading the tune? Make sure nothing is on as it seems a little power fluctuation makes the tune not load right.

Interesting. No updates thus far. I took it to Ford. Battery/alternator is fine according to them. The JLT intake is 3 months old but ill take a look at the filter location.
No updates yet. Will work on the car today (day off).

How are you looking for updates? Are you calling and speaking to them or sending e-mails? Not that it is right but sometimes with e-mails they get backed up with other things and they can possibly slip through the cracks!

The ghost cam cant be compatible with all computer code . If there an error on the template Lund have to find the error and address to SCT so they can fix the error.

This is crazy. I have an 07 gt with a novi 2200 tuned by Lund and I have the same problem. I've had multiple revisions to the tune and it didn't fix the problem. I was happy with the power and driveability other than it dying on me multiple times a week. I thought since I downshift most of the time it wouldn't be a problem but rpms drop way to fast. Never had the issue resolved and gave up after the 4th revised tune.
