Yes, sounds like you have the Front Lower Control arm squeak, I have had three sets on mine for this issue, each set lasts about 5K miles. It is a known issue for some cars and I think it has to do with the hydrobushings Ford uses as the rear bushing on the Lower Control Arms. The converters...- jjandascog

2013 squeaky front suspension
My 13 began to squeek at 7K, took it in and two new control arms later it is quite. Been quite for 2K so far....- jjandascog
