OEM fuel cut off is 6200 RPM (I think), and I have mine pumped up to 6400. I typically shift around 6300 when on track. How high is too high for stock engine internals?

yup, looks like it's not from engine speed. If you get an aftermarket pan do an update and let us know how it works on fixing this drop in oil pressure! I'm currently installing a DAQ system in my car also. I will see if I have the same issue at the next track event.
