    It uses stock cats from the 2012 gt so yes it's smog legal. Can't imagine anything about it being illegal, can DD anywhere in comfort with vehicle inspection done with ease.

    If and when I do try to sell it I imagine I would have to wait a while for larger offers since it's a custom car. And that is fine by me, I wouldn't mind waiting a year or two for the right buyer.

    I know a strange question but I have an 07 gt with the dash and engine bay parts of a 2012 gt premium swapped into it and everything works. Also a T56 magnum. Anyone have a clue what would be a ball park price? The engine has 80k on it and everything runs fine.

    Are you saying that going to a 3 inch catback shouldn't have any lower torque as long as the header is appropriate for the output? Say using 1 3/4 long tube from arh for n/a or fi with their catback with cats will see no drop on the low end?

    From my understanding when going larger exhaust the sound is louder and it changes the torque band so would lose some low end to gain high end. So I wanted one barely bigger than stock to keep more low end while gaining up top some.

    Just saw this video where this guy states his rst makes tons of the noise and he's got the one for t56 magnum as well I may just have to stick with my spec 2+, it's rated for almost 700hp flywheel and at least won't have to worry about low rpm noise and shutter.

    Hmm those dampers might be interesting to look at. Wonder if those are supposed to feel similar to stock lowered. Good find. I was going to copy the email into here including the persons name but wasn't sure if that violates some rule on the forum. If not I can paste it here.

    Bilstein said they don't sell the B8 for our cars anymore, but said the B6 will work with Eibach or H&R springs. So meh don't know about that route. Sucks it's such a pain replacing those. To try each for a month would be neato to see.
