Best way to install quarter louvers?

OK good. Thank you. I'm going to let it dry up and hopefully not be as cold when I try and place it on. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using Tapatalk

Best way to install quarter louvers?

Hi I won a great set of quarter louvers that matched my paint on my car, torch red. On eBay, the seller was wanting $135 buy it now, but since no one else had bid, I got them for $40. These are the mmd classic style louvers, not cheap eBay ones. Anyways, there's no kit for putting it on so...

On the inside on the right of the throttle body, there's a black plastic housing you take off. The spring is there. In this video, it shows the shutters clamping down, mine is loose https://youtu.be/9eBibb9i1Gs Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using Tapatalk

Doesn't the stepper motor just control the gauge, not the throttle ? Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using Tapatalk

Mechanics gonna replace tps. If that doesn't fix it, we'll just return it and than well do the actuator in the side of the tb. We'll see if my problem gets fixed today. :/ Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using Tapatalk

Noticed a slight ticking - could it be cam phasors?

Nooooooooooo. You'd just be wasting for your money. Ticking is common with these noisy motors Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using Tapatalk

Might be shopping for an 05-09 GT soon

For my 05, it's a 12 year old car. Tranny shifts perfect, clutch is good still original timing belt. I do hear a little ticking which could be cam phasers. A lot of ford trucks had the same issue. It's just a little tick. I can't even hear it over my exhaust or my radio Sent from my...

1969 is my absolutely favorite year for the Mustang The headlights along with the fog lights really make the 1969 stand out among vintage stangs. Along with so many options that year for different types of Mustang you wanted. V6, convertible, grande, mach 1 with a 351 390 and 428, gt, boss 302...

OK sorry. Not really mech savvy. I'm going to finally try jump it tomorrow and see if that starts it. If not I'm just gonna have it towed to mechanics shop, I really really don't wanna go to ford with it Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using Tapatalk

Ah you know electrical. All those wires, it's easy for things to go wrong. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using Tapatalk But also, I'm new to the s197 series. I've had a 99 cobra, a 99 v6 and an 04 gt so coming to an 05 gt s197 is a different world for me. It also has a lot more antitheft...

I have an 05 gt. Red manual. I bought it for 8750 this past january. It had 93k miles on it. Clean everything and stock. Only issue I had was alternator went out it has 119k miles on it now. However, I changed a dead battery and everything went to hell. But I've talked to several Mustang...

See the bottom black cable connects positive cable to terminal, than that long wire with red goes on top of the positive and you screw it down with the nut. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using Tapatalk
