    I wouldn’t be looking for big power gains. On my old 3v I went from a bama tune to a Lito tune & the overall difference was definitely worth it. Just curious if it would be similar or if canned Steeda tune was already pretty good.

    Got the shaft in today. It was a pain in the ass doing it on jack stands. I was surprised by how heavy the stock one was when I went to pull it out. New one felt about 1/3 as heavy. Driveline clunk is gone starting off & the car feels a little more spunky.

    I’d start by giving the throttle body & good cleaning & maf too. Might not do a thing but worth a shot. I’d also hit up Lito & get a tune from him. It made a big difference on my car that has only & intake & axle backs. So it could make a gigantic difference on your car with everything it has done.

    Agreed. I bought tunes from Bama only because I needed a tuner & wanted to be able to at least drive it. My tune idled fine but didn’t seem smooth if that makes sense. Got one from Lito & idle is rock solid & seems to pull way smoother.

    I’m running Pennzoil syncomesh. It seems to shift well but I can’t promise you it’s better then new Mobil atf. I’m also not making much power. Just a intake & tune.

    I can tell you I’ve been trying to get my new to me 08 to shift better. I installed a Barton shifter, bmr motor mounts, vacuum bled the clutch, changed the tranny fluid, & installed a billet slave cylinder eyelet. Made a ton of difference. I feel much more confident banging gears.

    I got the control arms replaced today. Wasn’t the worst thing I’ve done but it wasn’t the easiest either lol. Definitely made a difference & actually straightened up my steering wheel so they were obviously in need of replacement. My rear LCAs came in but I didn’t get around to them today.
