Ford P springs and the matching shocks with GT500 strut braces. About 1" lower and while ride is firm it is not jarring. I am very happy with this and its been several years.

I've only heard good things about the MGW shifter so you can't go wrong. But I have the Barton flat stick ( I guess I drink cool aid also) and I have no regrets.

Battery tender is on. They have already put some salt down here in south western Ct. Not sure why, there we're 2 flurries. If we get some good rain I'll take the car out for a nice drive, but once the snow hits I put my cover on it and let it sit until late March.

Correct me if I am wrong but... if the car is stock except for a cai you don't need a custom tune. SCT tuners are pre programmed with certain CAI's so you can just select your cai and which octane you want to tune for and its a go.
