    I'm working with a fabrication shop to get mine made of Aluminum so I'll let you know how much they'll make reproductions after I've verified the fitment of everything stock on my 2006 4.0L as I've had same problem as you I assume no one even makes the passengers side even Ford New anymore...

    4.0 L Valve Covers

    Thanks I already went to Ford they only still manufacture one and I believe it was Dr side but want a pair as I put a reman in my 2006 and I can't find the pair anywhere just the One from Ford! Anybody know of aftermarket "New" pair for sale? If not I'll have to get a fabricator to make them?!

    Just wondering if anyone out there had same problem I have getting a hold of some New Valve Covers for their 4.0 Mustang. All the one I find are for the Ranger/Mercury and don't fit even Ford only makes one which is not handy in motor swap situations. Any help appreciated? Again I want "New" not...
