Wreck was after the panels were rubbing. Not that stupid. And I have buffed most of the paint wear out of the rear fascia so pics wont be much use.- lamont2506

Thanks for the theory. Makes sense to me except it only got worse under hard cornering. Again I am not trying to promote anything and I realize I most likely wasted the money on the brace. Too late to take it in to the dealer. I already discovered firsthand how fast the stock brakes fade and...- lamont2506

Not that I am in anyways an expert on this but I use the steeda rear brace. Before I installed it my base model 2012 GT was bone stock and I noticed that the rear trunk lid was wearing through the paint between it and the rear bumper.
