How to calculate your horsepower based on your ET

As a matter of fact C&L sponsered a free dyno day at a strip last summer. They invited anyone with a stock intake 5.0 to dyno their car. They would then install a C&L intake with the no tune insert and perform another dyno run, letting the customer be the judge.

    Lowering Questions

I just traded my '06 GT for an '09 GT500. I had Ultralites on my GT for a while. I liked the ride but I thought they still left the rear end too high. cai/maf change

Dyno with Doug in Nor Cal, again

Do I need to have an O2 sensor bung welded in to get accurate AFR readings? I've heard that some people unscrew one of the stock O2 sensors and temporarily put a wideband in its place. Does that work or do you get a CEL?

    Underdrive Pulleys Pro/Cons

I don't think that is correct. Increasing the diameter of the water pump pully should slow it down just like on a bicycle. As you increase the diameter of the rear sprocket the speed of the driven wheel diminishes.
