I have a 2006 Ford Mustang. It was a daily driver prior to this issue.

It will not shift out of park(unless hitting the manual override)
No headlights
No brake lights
No radio
No power windows
No ac
Instrument cluster showing dte fli data error
Low oil pressure
Parking brake on

I have replaced the brake light switch; still no brake lights
I have checked every fuse under hood, and in the SJB.
I removed the SJB to check for water, nothing corroded or looked bad. I have swapped relays

I'm at a loss here. What should I do next?

You’ve blown a fuse, (or fuses) somewhere, including power to the brake lights. The park lock out solenoid will not allow the transmission to shift out of park if there’s no power to the brake lights.
Was the battery recently replaced or jumped? Even an instantaneous reverse connection can cause a number of fuses to blow. How did you determine the fuses are all good?
