I checked USPS's site because they tend to be the cheapest for shipping stuff here.

Option 1) 20L X 12H X 20W @30 lbs from 72223 to 96789 for 2-3 day air is $65.XX bucks 1 wheel. Comes out to about $260.XX for all 4 wheels.

Option 2) 20L X 24H X 20W @ 60 lbs from 72223 to 96789 for 2-3 day air is $97.XX bucks for a box containing 2 wheels. Comes out to about $194.XX for 2 boxes containing 2 wheels each.

Let me know if you would have any issues shipping them through the PO.
