2010 alternator swap Auto or Manual ??

probably going to swap out the alternator on my sons 06 GT with a 2010 unit Car is an auto the 2010 alternators have a clutch pulley on the stick cars and regular for auto , The original alternator on car has a clutch pulley , Does it matter ?? Thanks !!!

Mine had a clutch pulley on my manual 06, but upgraded it with a DOB hotrodded denso with a regular pulley, stronger unit and i think itll just chirp on the belt and wear it a little more, but being a supercharged car itll need belts anyway
