It started life as a Mustang GT, we put Roush body panels on it and the P51 badging to fit us in the NHRA Stock Class for the P51a Roush because it has a TVS blower

Yes they are allowed to use them. There are no rules on the wheelie bars for the classes we race as long as the body panels aren't modified to fit the bars its fine.
