Well not that it matters but i had a bid at 75 and ended it sold it for exactly what they cost me still gonna lose a few on shipping but not as much as i was gonna lose sending them back

So far my problem seems to be working itself out. Anthony "Onorato" emailed me back and apparently from what it seems it was the bank that did this themselves as they thought it was a wrongful transaction. This looked terrible for him as I thought he was trying to fuck me. I am working with him to talk to PayPal now to smooth this over so I can get my cashdizzle. I am still on the edge about the entire situation, but it looks pretty positive now and not his fault. Hopefully this will be all cleared up soon.

You were dishonest and displayed poor judgement and poor moral character. Then you got called out on it and most likely lied about your true intentions. Anthony "Onorato" emailed me back and apparently from what it seems it was the bank that did this themselves as they thought it was a wrongful transaction. This looked terrible for him as I thought he was trying to fuck me. I am working with him to talk to PayPal now to smooth this over so I can get my cashdizzle. I am still on the edge about the entire situation, but it looks pretty positive now and not his fault. Hopefully this will be all cleared up soon.

Wow, talk about integrity! You buy a used part on this forum from a respected member, then accuse him of being a bad seller because said part has a few scratches on it. Then you turn around and sell that part on eBay for the exact same price you bought it for, giving almost the same description as the original seller gave on his FS thread. And want simpathy and/ or forgiveness? Oh, and use his pic with his screen name, probably to further do damage to his reputation.
These guys have been on their best behavior with you, dude! Douche don't EVEN come close!!

galloping I would say the guy is telling you the truth. I have had that happen a few times on ebay where for no reason the bank would pull the money back on an internet payment like that if you can get the buyer to tell them its legit they will release it immediately if not, You will have to wait the how ever many days before paypal will release the hold.

I don't know the details of your situation with Anthony "Onorato", but I purchased a Steeda CAI from him about a month ago. Paid for it, and long story short he never shipped it. Now he doesn't seem to want to reply to any PM's. After several attempts to communicate with him I had to open a dispute with paypal.

It looks like he tried to return the money via paypal with some sort of eCheck. It has been delined twice.

He didn't seem like a bad guy, and I am not saying that he is. But the lack of communication seems sketchy.

I hope it works out for both of us.
