Need more powa!
Got lucky. Actually only need to replace the spider gears and ring gear bolts. Ring gear is fine. A couple chips on pinion gear but not on a contact surface.

Do you have the parts yet? If not, PM me. I purchased new fluid and a clutch pack rebuild kit to overhaul my 8.8. I ended up putting in a Trutrac. I saved all of the parts you need and still have the rebuild kit. I was going to sell it in the classifieds but I have not had time to list it. I will give you a good price on all of it.
