Dash top replacement

Does anyone know off hand if the 2005-2009 dash top can be replaced separately from the rest of the dashboard? If not is there is a source for an ABS plastic cover that can be purchased? I am fixing an accident car and the driver airbag destroyed the top of the dash when it went off.

Unfortunately, the dash top is part of the hull so you would have to replace the entire thing for an OEM level repair. Not sure if anyone makes a cover.

If all else fails they do sell the carpet dash covers that may work for you, depending how bad the dash is damaged.

^ what AHaze said, the dash top is part of the whole assembly. My '07 V6 dash top is so brittle from the Florida sun that it is easy to punch a hole through, so it has a carpet dash cover on it for now.
A few years ago I pulled a whole dash with leather top from a junkyard in excellent shape but never got around to installing it.
Now I have an '06 GT too with a good plastic dash top, so when the project rises to the top of the list, that will go into the '07, and the nice leather one will adorn the GT.

Swapping all that stuff is a bit intimidating, yet it didn't take all that long out in the junkyard in less than ideal conditions.
