Looks like we finally got some real numbers

http://www.svtperformance.com/forum...e-inc-2011-mustang-gt-5-0l-4v-dyno-video.html

for those who dont want to read,

368/352 stock
12.88 with control arms/panhard bar
12.49 with 15" et streets

x pipe/mufflers/drop in filter/tune
405/375
new times to come.

I don't know about you guys, but I am getting pretty excited. Looks like 425rwhp is not out of reach with some longtubes and a quality CAI.

Damn, that sure is impressive. Makes me sick to think that all my blower will be doing is helping me keep up with "bolt-on" 2011 GT's, grrr!

:thud:

Oh well, good job Ford! I am done hating now.

Looks like it wont take much to make 500 bhp with this engine. All N/A. That's pretty bad ass.

I am really looking forward to more tests as time goes on and more experimenting is done. This is exciting!

From Evolution's Facebook page:

"12.04 @ 117mph - 1.70 60ft"

"The clutch is officially Toasted, it lasted a lot longer then I thought! New one should be here tomorrow, but that one won't last long either! Upgraded clutches are going to be a must when running with sticky tires!"

goddamn! thats with the stickies, exhuast, supension and tune right?

This is where you can say you were right and I was wrong haha

Very impressive, n/a the 5.0 is gonna be a lot for a supercharged 4.6 to handle, probably a drivers race between the 2.

I'm very much in agreement with you on that, the trap speed is awesome too. I wonder how the automatic does vs the stick on these 5.0s

I have to hear more about that clutch... that doesn't sound right.
people beat the hell out of their stock clutches and they hold all day.
I wondered if they skimped on the 2011 :/
