Was bored today and looking into heads for the car. Saw these on the Ford Racing site.

Anyone know the exact specs on these and would they be worth it if I was originally looking for something comparable or close to Livernois Stage 2 heads?

Or for a difference of $100, would I just be better off with the Livernois?

One of the reasons I like the FRPP ones is that they are the new design head.

I believe that they are Livernois heads without the upgraded valvetrain. I heard that from someone on here before, I think it was KonaBlue10GT.

Looking at my cylinder head flow spreadsheet, the stock heads flow 225 CFM on the intake side and 155 CFM on the exhaust side at .600 lift. So those FRPP heads would supposedly bump the intake CFM to 270 and exhaust CFM to 200.

No point in comparing numbers at .600 lift, most cams don't have that much lift on the 3 valve.

That's true so I can compare at .500 instead :thumb2:. The stock head CFM is 225 intake and 150 exhaust at .500 lift, so the CFM following the install of the FRPP heads would be 270 intake and 195 exhaust.

Doesn't FRPP"S Hot Rod 4.6 crate engine claim to make 350 with just hot rod cams?

So maybe those numbers are at the wheels.
