It's the same as Grabber Green from the 1970's.

I realize that but that was the only Green from the late 60's to early 70's that I liked... also had a '73 Grande that color so I am a little biased.

No BOSS ever had a medium forest green.

1969 BOSS 302 colors were...

Of those colors and the pic posted, I think 1970 color medium lime metallic is the most likely color.

LOL!! My brother drove a medium green '73 Grande coupe as a winter car when I was 17. It was a good car and was surprising good in the snow with snow tires.

If it matches that color then it won't be too bad... they tend to change teh hue of the colors over time.

The reason for the hue change is because of the chemical makeup of the paint. Many of the toxic ingredients used back then are no longer allowed.

If I can take a chip of paint to Lowes and they can perfectly/near perfectly match it with Bubba running the paint counter, I am sure someone at Ford could figure out how to match the color...

I'm looking at that picture on an IPS monitor with a 10 bit panel. Ya looks like shit.

Spending +30K on a green car seems a little crazy to me. I mean, I like variety and all... but just be prepared for people to hate it.

I did have a 2002 all green ZX6 (sportbike), and even that was close to being "too much".. but it still remains one of my favorite bike colors.

Maybe for a weekend warrior I would like it more, but not for a daily driver. My .02

This is the first time I really noticed the red reflectors on the rear. Are those required by law? Never mind, I'll hold my tongue...

I seen a car hauler full of green colored mustangs on I40 last week....trust me when I say it looks exactly the same as the first pic in this thread...someone barfed on a mustang ,then they color matched it.

And no it isn't going to match an older car, because Ford keeps saying no more retro.....seems there is more money for them in reproducing old bodies.
