I bought new tires, different size, is there a way to change the size without dealing with the BAMA Tune ?

all you have to do is reload the tune, and change the rotations per mile parameter IIRC

is the tire diameter different? or did you get wider tires with lower profile to match same rolling diameter

Depends if they left the option open for adjusting tire size. If they didn't you're going to have to contact them.

That should all still be adjustable without affecting the tune. You should be able to change things like rolling diameter of the wheels, gear ratio, and a few other parameters without their assistance as those are standard fields outside of the actual engine tune.
