Is $39,900 too much?

Yes. They made a lot of gt500's and I know people think just because it is low mileage it is somehow more valuable but the fact is it really is only worth what someone will pay. I can find low mileage 08-09's for way under that price that don't have the clutch issues the 07's had and still get a gorgeous car with lots of potential for around 32-34k. Unless you have to get that color for some reason.

34-35k would seem like a good price to me. Those are stupid low miles, which does add a bit of value. I'd certainly take this over the ones in the 30 and 40 thousand mile range that are only $4,000 less

Not sure on the exact value. However, the low mileage and rare color make it somewhat more valuable.

40K is to much for that car.
I know where you can buy a 08 vista blue/ white stripe gt500 with 2K miles on it for mid to low 30's.
no it's not mine.

I'm pretty sure it's a rare color combo. I sure haven't seen it much. Personally, I LOVE it. And the low miles help. To be honest, I'd probably trade my 5.0 for if they would go down a few thousand.

The low miles and the color may add some to the price, but a year ago I bought my fully optioned convertible 09 with 9,000 miles on it for less than $35,000 from a dealership.

That number is ridiculous to me.

For a frame of reference - I bought my '08 three years ago with 367 miles on it (not a misprint) for $32K. That car is overpriced by at least $10K.

If you like the color and mileage, find others like it and go from there. If it is the only one...then only you can say if the price is fair.
