thanks again seer for recommending that stuff. Its still going strong after 2 washes and 2 weeks later. I love the water spot protection and shine the car has!

The car is being repainted so would it be best to apply the zymol right after?

depends on the out gasing of the paint. most paints its only about a week, some its instant.

I wait 3 months based on painters recommendation. He told me to use renew until 3 months was up.

Painter is wrong as most are.

95% of painters I've came across are terrible detailers.

I'm not sure what the out gasing will be on this paint. Besides for zymol any other recommendations? What about chemical guys lava?

Lava is a synthetic wax, works best with CG Blacklight and topped with V7 spray sealant. I'm currently using it right now and I do think it's a good product, not the easiest to apply, but for a 70 dollar wax it will give solid results.

Been reading what seer has been talking about and going with the Optimum Poli Seal + Optimum Opti Seal. Living in Hell Paso it looks like this will be perfect for the 100+ temp here.
Ordered from autoality.com and used that discount code scsmember and saved $6.30 woohooo thanks seer!

I've heard Opti stuff is great.

How about Wolfgang? I love the stuff! It's so easy to user and the sealer is great stuff!

Wolfgang is considered Palm Beach Motor Group/Autogeeks higher end brand.

It's "ok" in comparison to other brands out there.
