Hey folks,
Getting ready to do some upgrades on my Mustang and I am contemplating whether I need to add hi-flo cats to my midpipe. Has anyone done this in Germany and managed to pass inspection at a USAREUR or USAFE base? Adding hi-flo cats will cost me $300.. I would rather not if I thought I could get away without them. Any advice is appreciated
