Rim help ....plz

Will a 20x9= 40 mm offset with 6.57 b/s
20x10.5= 54mm offset with 7.88 b/s
Fit on a stock 08 gt ..No suspension mods whatsoever.
My main concern is rubbing & fitment..I checked websites but they seem big.
Tires would b 275's & 315's
Help soon plz so I can make a desicion...Mike

rears seem like that's about the correct backspacing as you need a 7.5" bs for a 10" wheel so these SHOULD fit , as far as the fronts i have no idea man .....
