Roushcharger question

One of the reasons I'm not a huge fan of the Roushcharger. Instead of a 15 minute chore, it's going to take 3 days plus uninstall/reinstall to get your PCM reflashed.

I didnt like that aspect either, so my decision came down to driving to Roush to have them do it or get a VMP tune and have it done locally.

Got my PCM back from roush and it didn't help. Now I have white smoke comming out the exhaust. What the hell does that mean?

white smoke is usually coolant

I' take it to an ASE certified mechanic and have them tear it down and see what is wrong. If they can verify that you did nothing wrong and it was the tune from Roush, you might get some traction for getting Roush to pay.

Edit; if there is anything wrong caused by the tune...

I just thought of this, When I just sent it back to Roush I had them calibrate it for an X-pipe. I don't have it on the car yet, what would that cause?

Nothing, all they would do is turn off the check for O2 sensor for the CATs.

White smoke is bad.... If you start it up and you get then it goes away, that's ok, if it keeps blowing white smoke after it's warmed up that's bad.

Does the smoke smell like antifreeze burning (sweet) ?

Yeah, that's antifreeze, to me it smells like burnt sugar.
