Id imagine its what its like to live in detroit lol You cant leave your garage without getting shot at or blown up, people place sticky bombs on the road like ieds and hide and then wait for you to drive by, if you steal a car there is bound to be cops in the area so you pretty much always have a star, sometimes i get 2 stars for leaving my garage, theres people that terrorize others in attack helicopters/planes/tanks(never been attacked by a tank yet) its pretty much constant chaos so I just hang out in my garage or play invite only games bymyself lol

Damn, I better be careful. Me and ccdskater were destroying some shit last night, terrorizing a few players. Does it only count if the act is carried out upon other players? or does it matter if its on civilians and the cops?

Never mind, found this on the Rockstar site:
Blowing up other players' personal vehicles repeatedly, quitting missions or jobs early, and players reporting you for griefing or being a bad sport all factor in to your bad sport rating.
For those of you that wish to appeal your bad sport rating and have a legitimate reason, we are allowing appeals for the potential removal of bad sport. Please submit a request to our support team or call us, and we'd be glad to help and take a look at your case.

It's bullshit about the personal cars. I blow people up all the time and I can't tell if they are driving their personal cars or not.

The other thing I ran into a problem was with this dick head who kept screaming at me thru his headset since he said it wasn't fair I was flying the plane since he wanted to. He reported me for it haha.

Best part was it was the mission where you steal the Titan. He was yelling at everyone to move the semi in front of the plane and I was like you do it, I managed to take off and he was just cussing me out being unfair so I did what any mature 22 yr old would do - I crashed the plane on purpose to really tick him off.
