I read minor changes with a likely small bump to meet/exceed the Crapmaro V6. 320 is probably an easy number to hit with a tune tweak and intake revision. Which is probably a given with the lower hood..

I think 320 is a good guess.

I just don't get why so many people have such destain for the non-V8 mustangs. It's always a "girl" car or your gay if you don't have the V8. I have no issue with either. The V8's are awesome. The V6 is damn respectable.

I have no idea why people are like that. Pretty sure most of them are butthurt that the V6s make nearly as much power as their 05-09 GTs. V6 Mustangs can be fun, especially to mod for cheap. My 00 V6 made ~230RWHP and would surprise lightly modded pre 05 GTs for a total of less than $5500 including the car.

your comparing the new v6 to the old v8.. thats silly.

Also there is normally higher potential with a v8 along with better sound and manly tq.. and so on.. Also the main reason real men prefer the v8 over the 6 is BECAUSE most females and rookies and high school'ers opt for the v6.

RET had a stock 3v hit 800rwhp. grated they didnt have it there long, but show me a stock 3v v6 do dat.

Ford rarely revamps the engine and body in the same model year. One year they focus on the engine and after a couple years when the bugs are worked out they revamp the body, or vice versa.
