All it says is part number 9400.... im pretty sure everyone knows what a SCT Xcal 2 is......

I just found out it is not locked. This baby is unlocked and ready to go. This is a steal guys!

Does it come with both cables(USB and 9 pin mini din) and the software ?

does not come with usb cable but can be found anywhere. Device is completely unlocked and has 2 saleen supercharger tunes on iit but i doubt you would use it.. Still has 4 unlocks able on it. This is priced to sell!
