I would think you would make a bit more torque and horsepower with the increase in stroke. Slap a smaller pulley on there and let'er rip.

You are correct it should have a little more torque and maybe a little horsepower but it would be minimal at best, more power will come from increasing boost than adding a few cubic inches.
