So I been smelling fuel after filling

I have a leak what line is this? Vent return supply I'm sure I'm gonnna have to drop the tank to really get to it. It's slap full now so if I do pull it will it just drain all over the place or what. What line is this?

Looks like hat oring to me cause it only leaks when it's full. And when you make a hard turn or accell hard.

Cant see video at work. Hat O-Rings if the pump has been out can be a common concern

The hat was wet so I pulled it all out and made sure the crossover was hooked up correctly it has a kink in the hard line of the crossover don't know if it's gonna work right with that kink I got it best as I could to not be bound up guy who had the car before def linked it when he installed it. I'm sure the tabs where you can barely see weren't seated I put it all back together pita and looks solid no leaking yet I haven't been able to drive it I'm kid sitting for my sister this week
