I'm having the same problem with running out of gear. I'm not only shutting off the spray before crossing the lights, but I'm tapping the rev limiter too. I'm going to also try to find a 28" tall tire so I can clear the traps at the top of forth.

I'm still using the stock wheels for the track, so I'm trying to find something that will fit them with a tall tire.

Are your stock wheels 17"? Try the M&H drag radials... 28" tall.

I see what you're talking about. That's probably what I'm going to do. I see on M&H's website a 275/50/17 that lists as 28" tall. That sounds perfect.
As soon as I finish burning down the Mickey's, I'm going to pick up a set.
