I certainly don't have a fact based answer, but I wouldn't run it much over 400. You could probably go to 450ish with a BAP. But if I were you I would definitely make fuel system upgrades my next purchase.
The Kenne Bell boost a pump works very well.
But in 05 and 06 Ford had a recall on thier fuel pumps for a hesitation problem.
Just make shure you don't have one of the bad stock pumps.

Thats interesting as I had some hesitation problems from time to time while on leave driving my car. I thought it was just a tune thing and the fact that I haven't upgraded my fuel system yet and am running a bit high HP.
The stock pump with the bap will be fine but you will still have the possibilty to peak but to save yourself a hassle, Just buy yourself a gt500 pump. Spend alittle more but have a good system that will last.

on acceleration after a long cruise. After coming to a stop from a highway type cruise, some vehicles may experience a hesitation when the customer begins to accelerate.
