Has anyone scoped out a car wash near where we will be? I was planning on washing mine here before I leave but there is actually a good chance for rain the night before. Plus I will need to knock the bugs off it for sat morning.

Possibly both but mainly sat morning. Just a coin operated will work gonna knock the heavy grime off can use detail spray to shine it up.

Im not going to push it. I just got the battery moved to the back have to get is inspected tomorrow morning and then get the suspension done some time tomorrow. But I not going to run just dont want to take the chance right now but stroker if you wanting a race that bad Ill head up north and meet you at your local strip as soon as I get Lito to do the finely tune on her.

Now me and my girl will be driven up to Centerville Friday morning to drive meet up with everyone and drive in to the strip. I wont be racing but Ill hang out and talk shit with yall most of the night. Ill I'm still bring my gopro and my helmet just in cause anyone needs it.

I am so freaked out at the moment just drove home from work and my ac quit blowing cold and noticed my temp gauge is almost pegged. The car has never done this it only has 18k miles. Any ideas? The coolant is too hot to take the cap off right now so gonna let it cool down before messing with it. Stuck thermostat maybe?

would say replace your thermostat but your ac has nothing to do with your engine temp. AC wise check and see if your clutch is engaging. and for the over heating thermostat. Might just had to different problems hit at once.

Its out of coolant no idea where it went got a leak in one if the hoses but there are like 20 hoses gotta figure out whoch it is.

Its the lower radiator hose and unless I can figure our a way to temp patch it up between now and friday morning the trip is over for me. Cant even get one in from ford until Saturday.

There's a place called Splish-Splash that hand washes on NASA Parkway near the NASA Bypass. They do a good job. There's another hand wash place at the corner of NASA Parkway and Hwy 146... never been there. There are self-service car washes all over the damn place, too.

I'll bring a cooler as well in case we need it. I also will have a jack with me, but no jack stands.


On a good note: I finally got rid of that shitty clunk noise I kept hearing in the front end today. I got the GT500 strut mounts and replaced a bad endlink. Come to find out, I will need new struts in a couple of months, but the front end is finally getting there. I didn't realize this car was going to cost this much money to get it to where it needs to be.

I bought this car at a great price, but some jackass put 22's on it and totally fucked up the suspension..I didn't realize it as I should have brought it to my buddy's shop for inspection, but I was excited about the price! lol

There gotta be something to temp patch it . And maybe a dealer down here might have it and just swap it out .
