i was at jiffy lube once and they called a lady back into the shop area, i overheard the rep tell her she had a dead rat in the air box. no shit.

I don't know but Jiffy Lube said that she was 5,000 miles overdue on a dead rat service and would charge $75 to replace it with a fresh one.
