Zex nozzle placement??

I'm installing my zex kit and I need to know the best place for the nozzle to go. The book says it should be 6-18" from the throttle body. To do that, it would need to go past the major bend in the intake. I'm currently running the C&L CAI. Should I place the nozzle closer to the MAF sensor, or line it up with the throttle body right at the bend?

I would place it right before the bend. Keep in mind the nozzle is under a lot of pressure and your engine has vacum, so it will make it.
