This sucks. I have been waiting since November. VMP finally shipped blower this week but no tune is loaded on SCT. I saw Lund is using HP and a hypertech box to hold the tune.

COBB, SCT and Livernois; supposedly Lund is using a hybrid of HP tuners/hypertech box.

People can tune for them, the better tuners are the ones that have experience with the ecoboost platforms/DI/Bosch ECU's.

LOL, that's a great portmanteau. I am totally with you there; my second track day this weekend & first with modded suspension. Thus the need to swap brake pads & wheels at track--wheels are cake, brakes easy but never under this time limit. The realization that I will be going very fast on parts I bolted on myself is somewhat sobering (i.e., "Did I do it right?") even though it's done DD & several autocrosses flawlessly.

Getting closer. Not sure if I will be able to make the NMRA Opener or not, but I'm going to try!

So the car made a handful of passes down the track the other night. I would be lying if I said I am not extremely thrilled with the results.

This car is being covered through various media outlets, so the power level and ET's - I am somewhat limited on exact specifics. So that said;

The car is making KILLER power. The slip below is at roughly 3800lbs raceweight, and is on a soft/base tune. Power, Shifts, and RPM are about as conservative as it gets with my combo, on this specific pass.

For now, that's all I can really share.

Rest assured, the posted results in about a week from now are REALLY going to be nice. ;)

Wow...just wow...I had a lot of time, money and parts tied up in my 2010 to run those same numbers, safe to say someone figured out the tuning on them!

Yeah, considering the soft tune and the other variables....this is a great slip.

Just wait until you see the next slip. LOL
