Full Support and Free Tunes could mean different things, though...

There are many of us here that have purchased "only tunes" that would stand to lose if support were only for tunes purchased from A/M. I am going to go with my intepretation for now.

Weeks/Months later, I'm still waiting on a reply about my really messed up BBR tune. I guess they don't check email anymore... I've sent MANY emails. Nothing. Oh well, my Brenspeed tune rocks so fuk it. Brenspeed FTW!

Ditto. It was in my spam folder, but seems like good news. Doug did my tune almost 3 years ago here in Houston. He struck me as an honest guy and hard worker. Maybe teaming up with American Muscle will help keep him going. Good tuners are hard to come by.

You are fucked if you bought only tune files from Bama Chips. I just called A/M and asked if my tune file would be modified with the mods to my car, as was the agreement with Bama Chips....I was told "only if you bought the tuner from BamaChips....so if you bought tune files only the jist is FUCK OFF BUDDY!

Well, here is the Bottom-Line ........

Everyone is going to find this out so I may as well spill the Facts.

Doug Sold A/M his BamaTune Business Complete.

Doug works at a Ford Dealership as a Tech now.

He has Nothing to do with A/M period.

So, they got his Customer Files I'm Sure as well as his Old Tunes.

Anyone now going to get what they think is a Tune from Doug at A/M
is just NOT really Factual. They will get a Tune that Doug did in the past
and Sold to A/M.

So, I would say that anyone that has outstanding orders for anything other than a Tune is Out-of-Luck.

And if anyone wishes to Confirm this, simply place a Call to A/M and ask to Speak to Doug. It is not going to happen.
When they say he is not there right now.
Ask them what his Schedule is so you can call back when he is there.
They will not have his Schedule.
Ask for his Phone Number so you can Congratulate him on his recent good fortune.
That is not going to happen.

They will ask for your number and name so they can pass the message to Doug.

In other words it will be an endless Run-Around and you will not ever get
Doug on the phone and I can bet you can not drive to A/M and say Hello
to Doug.
