Bad TSS gears in the oil pump. Tolerances weren't correct and it allowed oil to escape from the front of the pump assembly and didn't allow enough oil to the crank causing me to spin the bearings...

I have no idea the correct numbers. I only know this to be the second time for certain for it to have happened. A local shop had contacted TSS but I guess they don't care. O'well I suppose, I am better off now.

Oh god, I was going to buy those gears. Sorry to hear about that.

Okay, so today we had to install the entire interior. Buckle up a couple small things here and there, fill the fluids. It was about a 14 hour day when said and done. But I must say we banged out this entire swap in 3 DAYS!!!

Car is about 97% complete. It is streetable and I drove it about 30 miles tonight. Everything works. Just have to button up a couple things before I will say it's 100%. But that will have to wait till Nov when I get home from training... :(

haha, oh yes... I must send a shout out and thanks to my boy Paul (One Eye Willy) who planned on helping out a couple hours yesterday and ended up pulling a 12 hour day. I know the car would not have been done yesterday if it hadn't been for his help.

And your welcome too... ;)
