    Replacing Rear Brake Clips?

    I'm wondering if after three seasons of track use, over 25 days total, if there is any reason to replace the clips on the rear brake pads. The Ford parts guy I talked to, who tracks an S2000, didn't think so. Ford only sells the clips as part of a kit.

    I now have 6 track days on my Nitto NT01s and they are nicely worn down to just the two longitudinal grooves with lots of tread left. How do I tell if they may have been heat cycled to their limit even though they are not yet work out? This is my first time using R-comps.
