Yea my 06 has less than 4500 miles and I was thinking of selling for 19-20K so that should be about a good price for that 07.

Seems too good to be true!

I agree with the other poster. Its a reasonable price. I bought my 2008 GT premium for a little over $23K new after rebates. $21K for a low mielage car isn't bad considering there aren't many 2008 GT's left on dealer lots and the $4000 rebate isn't available any more. The 2009 models don't have as big of a rebate. I got $4500 in rebates($4000 and $500 college student) on my 2008 and the 2009's only have $1500 in rebates.

The autotrader page doesn't specify the mods...at least for this audience, I would suggest you list them in detail...

Yep has the IUP. This only option this car doesn't have is the Shaker 1000. Has the Shaker 500.
