So Im thinking of buying some new rims for my 05 mustang gt. I recently bought the Roush 4 piston brakes for my car and since I have 17inch cragers, I need new rims in order to run the brakes up front.

My question is, Do I need special rims to run these brakes like the GT500 rims with brembros, or would any kind of rim with the mustang bolt pattern work?

I know that I need at least 18 inch rims to run the setup, but Im not sure if the offset matters.

I checked the Roush rims used with this setup and its 18 inches and +45mm off set.

Please chime in. Thanks.

yes you will need new rims. also, they are hard to find rims that fit them. one of my buddies has a 427R and had a hell of a time finding a wheel to fit. he eventually went with foose nitrous rims though in 20"

Man, I wanted those rims from you, but when I saw that blower, the notion of the rims took a back seat
