I don't why some of you guys are suprised. AM has always taken care of their customers like this, a reputation truly earned, and a reason why I will spend a little more purchasing through them.

I don't think we are surprised that AM stepped up to the plate, just a little surprised how far they went (with the new tail lights and all!) I think they could do it 100 times and I would probably still be amazed by it. I can't think of another company that would go so far to please a customer.

first off, damn man you have nothing but bad luck, glad Dan is taking care of you, also if you dont want those tails forward them to me :D

second alot of places that sponsor forums like to require X posts to show that you are actually active and not a dbag trying to get a easy discount, hell post a "hey heres my car" thread and that will get you moving towards 50 quickly

Ive never had a problem with AM, hell I was even given double discout on my 10-12 style tail lights because they posted a discount code later that day and i off-handedly posted it in a thread.

Well hell guys. AM stepped up the the plate via Dan and did the damn thang! I def was not expecting to see much if any resolution to be honest. My original intent was just to vent and let people know about my experience, well, consider my mind changed. With customer service like this I am a fan for life. I cannot wait to show of my new taillights! Instead of taking the refund Dan offered I asked him if he would mind sending me a GT500 TB adaptor kit, well AM doesn't sell that set up minus the TB anymore, guess what?!! Dan went and pulled the plate and hardware from a TB kit and sent it out anyways! The order shipped today, the very same day I spoke to Dan thru PM.

Dan, and AM, you guys are great, and this def makes it all better, lol. I'm very impressed, and will tell this story every time someone complements my taillights, especially considering I was given then prior to the actual release ;)

On a side not Dan, I got my Exedy setup installed with the SS clutch line and it works beautifully. Gotta get use the new engagement point and firmer pedal, but def a way nicer clutch/flywheel combo then OEM.

konakush, kind of a BS post bro. AM is historically top-notch in customer service, even to the point where they sponsor annual car shows and give away items to participants that far out value the minor cost of entry fees. It's like a big ass party.

Any one I ever heard of having problems with a product was always taken care of. I had a problem with a product where the manufacturer was advertising a product that didn't do what they said it would. AM let me keep the original product, gave me a better replacement product for free, and emailed me some coupons. They made up for someone else's mistakes when they had zero obligation too.

You want a good price... instead of demanding it, try realizing you are already getting one. Try being a good customer before complaining that you don't get the same perks as folks who have been doing business with AM for 5 or 6 years.

AM may not have everything; they may not have the "best price" on everything they do sell, but damn bro, they have a great selection, prices are great and their custom service is top notch.

Also several weeks ago they offered a $25 coupon if you ordered >$200 and when I asked for it I was told I was either too late or too early. That was kinda sad.

it's shit like this that's a turnoff to AM, i asked if they'd pricematch a competitor on an item they had. why should I call in? why can't you go see the price for yourself and then offer to match it? why should i waste my precious time calling in when it's a simple YES or NO answer

We require a minimum of 50 post because we feel that's how long it takes to become familiar with the forum and actually contribute. This forum has so many great things to offer, so many incredible people and a lot of really awesome reads. What's the legal reason behind the holdup on Raxiom making 13-14 tails for 10-12? If Raxiom or AM would say something like:

"Listen guys,

We know you really want this but Ford has a patent and we're not going to violate it. So that's that."

instead of "we know of no plans of that product blah blah blah" -- if you know you aren't going to do something just say it???

maybe the fact the 10-12 CAN use a stock 13 tail light, disregarding the minor gap below it, which if your handy with DIY stuff you can add on plastic to the lights and trim it to look right.

is it THAT hard that AM is a great company and your a douche?

besides, "we know of no plans of that product" sounds an awful lot like "its not on the drawing board, so no"

Im still kind of new to the scene of these newer Aftermarket companies, since my earlier mustang days in the late 80's, and I have to say I am quite impressed, with the way AM handles their business. Props to AM for outstanding customer service.

As far as we know Raxiom just isn't comfortable creating them at this time. I'm sorry I can't give you more details, but I'm just telling what we know! I really wish they existed because I'd love to have a set on my 2011 GT.

You guys will obviously be the first people I tell if Raxiom does decide to do this!

So you're saying 50 post rule is worthless? No what you're saying is worthless. AM is nice enough to give the forum a discount, and if a lot of customers start abusing that discount, they will have to take it down. If we didn't have that rule, anyone could log on here, post an into thread, and abuse the discount. 50 posts isn't even that big of a deal.

Also wanted to say AM has treated me well. I ordered a day or two before a coupon was released that would've saved me about 15 bucks and asked if I could use it somehow. They instead gave me a free shirt and quickened my order. Awesome customer service.

Be very jealous. Showed up last night. Install was a breeze and the look very OEM. Straight plug in installation and reused OEM bolts and trim. Install took maybe 25 minutes and 2 beers ;) I'll do a more in depth write up in a day or so when I'm not so busy. Thanks again American Muscle for making me one happy camper. I'll be seeing you soon for the next round of mods.
