This engine already has more miles on it than the last 3V. Let's see if we can make it to 100k!

I'm just jealous because I haven't dropped a valve or blown up my 3v yet. Soon!

$2500 left to spend and a lot of wrench pulling before I'm calling you for a remote dyno session, Lito. :-s :D

Well my last engine that dropped a valve was tuned by Lito and the engine with the oiling issue was too. I blame him!

I at least get to blame you if my transmission sucks. I still wish you would have given tuning my car a shot! You know I would have done what you needed. At least Lund loves me now .

As much as I would love to have Manuel tuning my car again, I'm extremely happy with Lund. They're very attentive and the car runs hard. Not like the tunes I had from another tuner (not Manuel) prior to Lund.

Lund and I had tried some Flex Fuel stuff for this car a while back with no luck. Since it doesn't see fuel level changes, then the relearn for alcohol % is never triggered. We mashed our minds together the other day and got some other stuff working. While the car still doesn't see FLI change, we can get the alcohol content to relearn. So, now the car runs on a FF tune instead of needing a gas tune and a corn tune. I'm pretty happy with this since it seems the local station isn't selling E85, but ~E70 based on previous fuel trims and based on the current E% inferred by the PCM.

Interesting.... How do they tune in Flex Fuel parameters? Tuning is so interesting to me.

Hopefully you are testing the E85, the flex fuel tune doesnt always work and read the alcohol content correctly.

Do you remember the 3 wires on the rack what went to what? I have the trans harness and know they are in the inline plug off it.

No problem!

I spliced off the CAN wires coming out of the body harness, then ran them up through the big plug on the trans harness that sits on the strut tower. Almost looks stock.

Hoping to find some free time to get the MT82 in the car this weekend. All the parts are here and ready to roll! Just need a free lift and a couple hours. I can't wait to row gears with this MGW. I can wait to see how useless all my gears will be with 4.10s.
