This isn't the one with the billet backing plate is it? If so, I thought it had a different Part #?

negative, this one has a steel back plate VS powder pressed plate of the old pumps. I believe ford found the reason for the breaking gears was the flexing of the back plate binding up on the gears.

should be the same pump as this , pressure may be different?

Im currently running TSS gears in a 2013 pump with steel back plate.
